The Real Client
The Crayon Initiative, a nonprofit, organizes crayon collections that take unwanted crayons, remanufactures them, and provides them to children in hospitals.
The Real Challenge
The Crayon Initiative came to Real Circles seeking assistance in advancing their mission and increasing both crayon and monetary donations. With a limited budget, most efforts were restricted to organic content.
The Real Solution
Real Circles began with a strategic plan to build a consistent message. We researched the brand, their competition, and their donors. From our research, we focused on reputation marketing focusing specifically on Facebook to share the story and educate The Crayon Initiative’s audience.
The Real Results
Real Circles created and implemented a strategic plan that increased The Crayon Initiative’s Facebook followers from 400 to over 39,000 loyal fans. We increased engagement from nearly none to 1,000’s of impressions, shares, emails, and comments on a weekly basis. Donations of crayon have soared to over 5,000,000 crayons. And, best of all, donations increased by 550%.
Our Real Strategy
Over the past two years, we focused on an organic plan to reach more followers on Facebook. From this strategy, a consistent plan, and testing of our content we are now reaching 2,000 people, on average, per post. These posts are also receiving high levels of engagement, with many of them commented on and shared.
